Buying Products
You can buy our products through our online store by clicking here or in various shops throughout New Zealand.

Delivery
We can deliver via post anywhere throughout New Zealand. At this stage we do not ship internationally.
Local orders can be hand delivered at no cost, just select the Local Delivery option in your cart.
Payments
Payments can be made by credit or debit card or by internet banking.
If paying by internet banking please deposit the total order amount into the following account:

Returns
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of its arrival so that we can remedy any concerns you may have. After discussing your concerns, if you are still not happy with any of your product, we will refund your purchase or replace the product as agreed.
Gifting
When you place an order, let us know if it is a gift to be sent to someone else and enter the recipient's details when placing your order. If you wish to include a message with the gift, please enter this in the Notes field.
You can also purchase gift certificates in our online shop which can be redeemed online.
Coupons
You can enter a coupon code when reviewing your shopping cart in the checkout. Simply enter your code and click the apply button to receive the appropriate discount. Your cart total will then change to reflect the discount.
Palm Oil
Palm Oil has had a negative reputation. However Palm Oil can also be produced responsibly with benefits to the environment, local communities and farmers. We only use Palm Oil that is certified as sustainable by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). For more information about how the RSPO works follow the links below:
